Working with a stress coach isn’t just about wanting to feel better momentarily—it’s about understanding and transforming your relationship with stress for long-term health and well being. I’m Wendy and this isn’t just a job to me, it’s personal.


After spending 17 years in the television industry, I was burnt out. I needed to get back to basics and retrain my brain. Now I’m on a mission to help others get the tools and strategies to manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and develop the emotional resilience to kick burnout and overwhelm out for good. the shift - workshop series

The Shift is a three week workshop series that caters to these important aspects of the process. By making employees aware of their personal stress, the impact of work culture, how to manage stress and stressors they are given a starting point as well as a robust push in the right direction. We cover the basics such as the biology of stress, why it translates into discomfort and sickness as well as ways of shifting our minds and bodies into more resilience and ease. We learn about and implement tools that help us build resilience and reduce stressors.

I guide clients through lifestyle-, mental and physical changes to help them get out of overwhelm and stress and in to thriving.


Having spent 17 years in the TV-industry and gone through massive burnout, I’ve faced the very same challenges a lot of my clients are experiencing and speak from experience. I know what it's like to juggle passion, perfectionism and high demands all under time pressure. It can be frustrating, scary, hopeless and overwhelming but here is hope and there is help.


I offer talks, courses and coaching for people and companies who need help with handling stress and overwhelm. The tools and knowledge I offer is science-backed and my approach is salutogenic which means I build on what’s already in place, however small, and increase by small steps or bigger leaps depending on the client's ability and willingness to change.
